Evening all, Morning Theresa[msnwink] Happy Anniversary!!

Not a bad day, started off with......

    porridge and banana

then got an IBS attack and could not face a proper meal so had a very large bowl of special k medley with skimmed milk[msnsad]

Not sure now whether this is a green or red day so mybe mizzy or Fiona can help[?]

Julie and Carole you are cheeky having those sweeties[msnwink]

Sharon and Marie lovely meals planned[clap][clap]

    Have a good evening all[clap][clap]

Do you have an allergy to the wraps Julie, does this set off IBS? I used to find broccoli or cauliflower would do it for me, and of course pasta, bread, wheat cereal etc. My gastroenterologist put me on a low wheat diet so I restrict the amount of pasta and bread I eat. In fact the SW suits me as I cannot stand the Nimble bread, and as the rye or Terence Stamp bread is high in syns just try not to have any at all.

Porridge for brekkies, hardboiled egg & salad for lunch and I made chicken korma (with half fat creme fraiche not cream!) and chicken madras for supper. Both gals home just about off their sick beds and wolfed large amounts down, was nice to see them both eating well! YD went back to college today against my better judgement and is of course ill again tonight, so have told her to have tomorrow off and be refreshed for Monday. ED seems to be on the mend and also went to uni, but she will be ok for tomorrow.

Belated Happy anniversary Twigs, and of course have some champers, can't beat yourself up about everything.

    Morning all, Evening Theresa!

    Thanks for the DM Mizzy[msnwink]

Fiona - I am ok with the wraps I think it was the veg inside, I was out for lunch and they had finely chopped veg in with the chicken, I also had a lot of veg the night before, but like you I avoid certain veggies and normal bread most of the time - I love the Terance Stamp Rye Bread by the way but don't have it very often[msnwink] and also can't stand nimble bread[sick] Sweetcorn, baked beans and cauliflower are a def No No!![msneek]

    Have a good day all!!!!

My turn to have the dreaded lurgy[msnsad].

Streaming nose, thumping head. Was tucked up in bed with a beechams hot lemon at 9pm. Peter has had this for the last 10 days and Hannah has been bad since Sunday, bless her, she has gone to school all week and done her mock SATS with it.

Don't feel much like eating and can't seem to think what to make.

Weekend nearly upon us so hope everyone keeps on track.

Lurgy free here -so far but keep expecting Martin to bring it home from college!
Hope those feeling under the weathger are soon back on thier feet.
Waiting for John to get off the treadmill so I can do my bit.
    Yesterday looked like this
    porridge
prawn and mango salad for lunch with yogurt afterwards
    chicken tikka masala for supper
fresh strawberries and low fat fromage frias
2 cappuchinos -no choc on top and no sugar
    2 bananas
    lots of water.
does this look ok to the experts out there?

Sally how about things like cottage pie, mozzarella pasta bake or tomato pasta? Just something nice and soft on the throat, and things like cottage cheese with baked potato for lunch.

Janny your food diary looks good to me.

Just trying to summon the strength to hit the cold winds with the hounds.
