Having grilled gammon, salad and vegetables for dinner followed by fresh strawberries and natural yogurt.

have you tried putting a tbsp of honey or wholegrain mustard on your gammon before you cook it [msntongue]makes a nice change from pineapple or fried egg
i like roasted veg (courgette, red onion, cherry tomatoes, peppers and beetroot) with mine and funnily enough i'm having it for tea tommorow[msnsmile2]
tonight is a green tea so it's quorn teryaki chow mein and i will probably have a yoghurt and some fruit later tonight

Mizzy, Thanks for the tip with the gammon. I do usually just grill some pineapple rings because I like the sweet taste. I will try the honey though next time.
