LOL all that twisting makes me feel a bit slack! I am walking, not twisting, the twisting sounds good, and I guess in winter its good to have something 'indoors'.

    Food Diary

    Porridge for brekkie
Fish & Vegetables for lunch & a fun size bounty!
    Cottage Pie & veg.
Snacks: Cappucino, Banana, Peach, Yoghurt, Camomile Tea now before bed.

Hi all, back from joining SW class and I have to say I'm very impressed, nice people all who seemed to have lost weight in the past week, lots of reading for me to do tonight to work out in more detail what day I am doing/cooking/eating etc.

First goal is 2lbs by next Tuesday (as I have already lost 4lbs doing it from the mags) and long term goal is to lose 2 stone[msneek] hopefully by the summer[msnscared]

Don't post my exercise but I do it everyday, on the treadmill, my bike, bit of weights and core ball[sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty]

Well done to everyone who's twisting, stepping, walking or doing any exercise at all - its all good[clap][clap][clap][clap][clap]

See you all later with food diary for today[msnsmile2]

I did what I think is a Success Express day as per the instructions of my SW class leader[msneek] so food diary today was......

    Porridge
    Skinny latte
Small tin of SW tuna on dry toast with 2/3 plate full of salad a small amount of dressing (not sure how many syns yet)
    Apple and banana
    Skinny latte
Chilli and rice on 1/3 of the plate with 2/3 plate full of salad and veg
Lots of still and sparking water at least 2 litres[msneek]
Snacks of carrot ticks dipped in salsa[msnwink]
Got fresh fruit salad for later!

I have lots to learn but I feel very positive about SW.

Up early as usual in the morning on the treadmill (not that anyone noticed my photo[msnsad][msnwink]

    Have a great evening all[clap][clap][clap][clap]
