OK my food diary (and alcohol) for Sunday!
Porridge
Cold Beef Salad I made at home, with a hot beefburger thrown in, from the BBQ we were at!
Porridge for dinner (was too tired to make tea...everyone had something easy)
Snacks/Drinks: 2 thin slices of cheese on 2 tiny crackers. 1 Corn Chip, 1 Bottle of Wine [:I]
I didn't have any naughties for a few days beforehand, knowing this BBQ was coming up. I still can't believe I drank the whole bottle, but it was over 5 hours, if that helps?????
Anyway I will weigh myself at work this afternoon to see what I lost last week, as my scales are broken at home.!

The LTT is going well, had two sessions on it today which I need after my dinner[msnembarrased]
No one does a roast like my Mum and I couldn't resit the roasties, weigh in tomorrow morning so hopefully good news to report.

Am back from Spain too Sharon and managed quite well on the fish and veggies -avoided the ice cream and cakes so all in all I am quite pleased with myself.-Actually make that VERY pleased as I hit my goal yesterday of getting into my size 14 jeans quite easily [msnsmile2][msnsmile2]
I am continuing with the eating plan though as I would still like to lose a bit more so its porridge for me in a minute and then back to the treadmill to do some K's missed it last week but did rather a lot of walking instead.

I weighed myself at work today and I have lost 1.5 lbs! I am so thrilled!
