Thanks Mizzy, I know it's down to me - for one reason or another I have just been all to pot since my hols - I really am going to get back on the straight and narrow [msnsmile]
As you know I don't really do SW 100% just try to work on some of the principles.
Today I have had porridge for breakfast, grapes and banana, chicken & sweetcorn sandwich on one slice of wholemeal bread.
Got more fruit for this afternoon and chicken and veg for tonight's meal.
Am not going to make it to the gym but will be on my feet all night packing boxes [msneek]
