Well done Mizzy, must have had a brainstorm as I thought it was Julie's weigh in today - brain is dead[msnembarrased]. I think I am losing the plot and need to refocus AGAIN! We go to Florida a week tomorrow and there is no way I will have gone down a size since our last visit, and who have I got to blame - only me[}]!

Thanks for the inspirational words Mizzy, it does help. I was just on a downer, I normally feel positive, but when you've been REALLY good its annoying. Well done on your loss Mizzy, you are doing so well, you must be excited to see it going down. Do you mark it in a little book at SW like they do in WW? I use that chart on line, although mine looks like I am flat lining at the moment....LOL.

Food Diary Monday

Porridge
Eggs on toast (couldn't decide what day to do ~ and what was lightest for the weigh in)
Ham Sandwich (no appetite after weigh in)

Snacks: Apple, (2 diet biscuits, yoghurt during work)

Theresa you will get there just stick with it, I have the same problem with weight loss..........slow[msnwink]

Weigh in for me today, woke up with t.t.o.t.m so expecting much[msnscared]

Theresa yes you do get a book with sw and you have your weight recorded in the back, i also do the graph on the website and prior to the last two weeks i'd been flatlining too, i still have a LOT to lose and it going to be a long journey so i dont mind having the odd stop off for a chinese or bbq [msnwink]

Fiona, i can't believe the time as come for you to be off to florida again, think of us whilst you're out there won't you, it's summer solstice day tommorow and then it going to start to get darker earlier again on a night[msneek]

Ate well yesterday and did a 2 hour gym session last night, a big improvement on my weekend behaviour. Today might not be such as good day as I am off to an England match bbq/party tonight [msnoo][msnscared]

Karen, so sorry to hear your sad news. I lost my treasured family dog "ziggy" 3 years ago now and still miss her madly. I havn't had the heart to get another dog since[grouphug][grouphug]
