Tomorrow evening we have no children, very rare that happens. My first thought was to go out for a nice meal then thought maybe a take away chicken chow mein for 7 sins but have decided that we will have a red day and go to the butchers and get a nice couple of rib eye steaks and have it with salad (god we are being so good), may even put a candle on the table between us[msnwink]

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Husband is sitting watching Poland v Equdor at the moment.

Sally, I am most impressed. Not sure how much weight you have to lose but with being so angelic I am sure it wont take long to get there.

Enjoy your romantic evening[msnwink] I take it that you know you will be eating quickly inbetween the footy matches?[msnoo]

I thought that may be the case Sally, but at least you will still have time out without the children[msnwink]

Geez there's a LOT of posts since two days ago! Just spent 15 mins reading up! Struth! [msnwink]

My cold seems to be clearing, and Fiona you are right in saying you feel like comfort food, nothing tastes right, except sweet things, why is that always the case! I think I did ok.

I am finding following one of the SW plans right down to the extras, is really helping this week, fingers crossed, but I should have a loss, and its that time too, so hopefully it won't affect it too much.....please please please let me have a loss.

Fiona I hope your daughter is recovering ok. I hope you have managed to find something to wear as well. Why is it that when you need something you can't find anything, and when you aren't looking something nice always appears. Good advice about taking an outfit to be altered, if you really like something, can it be tailored for you? Good luck, I hope you find something.

Les the syn confusion still strikes me all the time, so don't worry. As we don't get any of the products listed, I usually stick with a fun size chocolate for a syn treat, or a yoghurt and fruit as a healthy extra treat, then I kind of think well if I have got extra syns I am not using, I can have a couple of drinks on the weekend instead. Oh and well done with the loss. [clap]

Well done too to Sally [clap] and also to Jill [clap]

Karen well done at the walking, and avoiding the pub quizzes and those Breezers. Don't even bother with those premixed drinks. A few pages back I asked how many syns in those, and I nearly passed out with shock! Just get a Bacardi & low cal mixer!

Sally hope you have a wonderfully quite weekend together, sounds like bliss!

    Food Diary Friday

    Porridge
    Vegetable Risotto
    Baked Fish & Veggies

Fun Size Choc & fruit and yoghurt

Water ~ definately should be drinking more though.

Have a great weekend. We have a long weekend this weekend. Its the Queens Birthday weekend in Australia. I laugh about it, as we don't get a weekend off for it in UK, but we do down under. [beer]

Oh and you'll be pleased to know that it is FREEZING here in Melbourne, down to 3 last night. Even had ice on the car window, which I haven't seen in 10 years of living here! So its my turn to shiver, and your turn to be basking in the sunlight, which is only fair, as I have been having months of it! I am enjoying the chill, its lovely snuggling down and watching DVDs and not rushing around all the time. Plus the kids love pretending they are dragons blowing out the hot steam outside. 5 yr old is worried how we are going to stick all the leaves back on the tree in the summer! Its a novelty ~ for a little while!!!

it's lovely to hear that your enjoying the cold spell, personally i like the winter nights, it's lovely to snuggle up, light the candles and watch a good movie with my dh[msnwink]and fancy you getting a full weekend off for the queens birthday, thats so unfair, we want one too!!!!!!!!

fun size choc is a good idea for a treat they are all under 5 syns, another good choice is a curly wurly if you can get them down under (you get a lot of choc for you syns) [msnsmile2]

Sally, the england match is this afternoon (2pm) so you may just get away with a nice romantic dinner at the table, you know soft music and candles etc [msnwink] good luck!

well today is the big party day so i'm having fruit and yoghurt for brekkie and toast and scrambled eggs for lunch, that way i keep my options open for tonights party, a little bird told me there's gonna be rhubarb cheesecake from m&s [msntongue] which is gorgeous so i might just have 1 smallish slice of this then call it a day on the rest of the food[msnembarrased][msneek]

    i hardly ever drink so no worries there about syns ect;

hope everyone has a good day, especially those who have lost their husbands/partners to the world cup footie[msnsad][msnwink]

Good morning all, what a beautiful day it is, the temperature is already 72 so expect by this afternoon it will be over 75. Without the wind from the sea it would be unbearable. I am shortly off to agility class with Tansy, she is going to find it very hot, think I will soak her before we go.

Mizzy, I don't know about loosing husbands/partners to the World Cup, I loose my to sailing. He has gone off and does not expect to be back before 7pm.

Have a good day everyone, haven't decided on food for today as I have a bad headache and cannot face food at the moment, not even a bowl of cereal.

    Hi all!

Woke up with a Migraine, then realised my meds had run out, had to dash to the pharmacy next to GP and ask for a couple of tabs in advance, they are just starting to work so will check in later[msnsad]

    Have a great day all!
