Well I had another good day today, did Mix2Max day.........
summer fruits on weetabix (hc b) with nat low fat yog
skinny latte = hc a
potato soup homemade
cous cous
chicken with tikka spices, salad and 1 tbsp olive oil dressing = hc b
melon and strawberries with low fat yog[msnwink]
2 litres of water[angel]
Well I am still following the rules and have been doing this since Sunday.
When I weighed myself this morning I had already lost 4lbs which I am totally amazed by. I don't think I have eaten so much for ages - but all the food is healthy.
It is harder when I am at work but I am determined to make this work.
My ED seems to have sorted herself out today she has eventually decided to leave 6th form after her AS levels and go to college and study Graphic Design and then go onto University. I think sometimes they just need the time to sort things out in their own mind and I am just hoping that she enjoys this and that things will now start to calm down at home as well.
Julie - that fitness routine looks really good.

Just had supper after getting back from being weighed and have lost 3 pounds, that's 9 pounds in three weeks so feeling very pleased. Sally was amazed that she got SOTM but it is deserved. She and I have decided to have a little competition to see who looses the most.

Wow - everyone is doing so well! I had my first weigh in tonight and lost 2.5lbs... this is great for me given no exercise and a 'sit-down' job! so here's to another good week everyone!

Another positive day for me today. Porridge for breakfast, salad for lunch,chicken with tomato and herbs and stir-fry veg for tea,lots of fruit plus a yoghurt.
