Morning all.

Running total for me is now 2 stone 12 1/2lb. As I mentioned my goal is to get the extra 1 1/2lb off to be back to the 3 stone off.

Rachel has gone into college this morning for another English Lan/Lit exam, rather her than me[msnscared]

Awful day here again, Jessica has a dressing up day at school today. She had to go as someone from another country. She looked great in her spanish flamingo(spelling) dress not so good with a coat on top[msneek]. I took some photos and will ask the girls to help me get in on here, as I'm too dumb to do it.

Well... we finally saw some justice yesterday at court!!!!

The yob who commited the robbery on my ES had to be "produced" from prison to appear at court[msnoo]! He was apparently arrested 2 weeks ago for another violent offence and then remanded in custody because he was on bail for this offence!
He initially wanted to plea bargain and reduce the offence to "Theft" from person !!!! (he'd then get a lesser sentence!)
I told them to go and take a runing jump.....or words to that effect!

2 hours later his defence solicitor came back and he's changed his plea to GUILTY[clap]......So the children didn't have to give evidence, thank goodness.
He received 1 year in custody on top of his existing sentence of 18 months!!

Anyway...back on track today with the food diary!

Tuna jacket pot for lunch
muller light yog
apple

...cant decide on dinner yet!
weather awful here...just booked some flights for Spain for next week!!![msnwink][msnwink]

Since you all seem to be doing so well with the SW I will have a look into it, as I dont know anything about it at all. I am not sure if there is a class locally, I will do a little searching. For now I will just stick to counting calories.

I went to the quiz night at the local pub last night, managed to stick within my calorie allowance. I had 2 low sugar bacardi breezers and a diet coke.

Jill, I dont just have a stone to lose, that is just what I will be happy to lose before my hols beginning of August.

i've just sat and paid all my bills online and now i seem very poor[msncry] so no holiday to spain for me[msnsad] i'm going here in august though (just paid the balance)

Sharon, so pleased to hear that the little b***** got what he deserved, perhaps he will twice about doing it again.

Karen, I am sure you will find a class near you to join, if the one nearest to you is not at a convenient time, just put in a neighbouring postcode and find another one. I do not go to the one nearest me as the time was not convenient so just perserved until I found one at the right time and day.

Went to the cinema this afternoon and the little ones had pop corn but I had nothing[angel]to be honest it does not bother me at the cinema[msnsmile] Made sure I had my lunch before we left even though it was a touch early[msnwink]

ED Geography AS seemed to go OK but she is not 100%, had Hurricanes on one paper so she wrote all about Charlie when were out in it in 2004[msnwink]

Food diary today for a green day ........

porridge hc b
skinny latte x 2 = hc a's x 2
cous cous with roasted peppers
potato curry (which is just cooking now[msnwink])
got melon and low fat nat yog for later will have some cereal on it as my other hc [msnwink]

I don't know what kind of day I've had today. I had weetabix for breakfast, just fruit for dinner and hubby prepared tea which was chicken kiev, boiled potatoes and sweetcorn I felt very naughty but enjoyed it 100%

Sharon they should lock the likes of these people up and throw away the key, they never change and I don't think they learn any lessons from their sentence. Boot Camps......now theres a good idea.
