Evening! I was good and walked my son to Kindergarten this afternoon, and then went for a walk after! Then after dinner talk him for a bike ride, well he rode his bike and I walked alongside him (he's 5).

To coincide wtih my starting the diet this week, the TV show Biggest Loser started in Australia on Monday night, so they are following the progress every night at 7pm, of 10 contestants, which is quite motivating, and good timing!

    Food Diary:
Breakfast: Porridge (Just call me Goldilocks) .... oooh and like that idea of a banana in it Julie (I'm a banana addict)
lunch: Bacon, Onion, Mushroom Omlette & Salad
    Dinner: Chunky Beef Casserole
Snacks: Oreo Biscuit, Fruit & Yoghurt.
I was allowed a Crunchie but forgot to buy one, so had an oreo cookie instead!

    Have a great day everyone!
    Theresa

Morning all, cannot believe this my bug is even worse. Complete streaming nose, pain in my back when I cough, ears hurt / tickle all the time, struggle for breath every so often aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Cleaner is here at the mo so had to get out of bed, took the hounds out, well that cleared the sinuses for a few minutes! Lovely day but blustery wind, the kite flyers were out with a vengeance and the youngest dog takes off after them. Have no voice whatsoever, and can only manage a quiet whistle - bit like with the gals, no voice = no authority!

I muller yog for breakfast, cannot face anything else. Don't think I will be going my SW leaders other class in Windsor tonight either, so will have to ring her up and croak down the phone at her.

YD cooked supper last night - griddled low fat sausages, mashed potato, beans & peas and onion gravy. Could have been worse syn wise and the gravy and potato were lovely on my throat. Think I will get her cooking tomato pasta today as it is half term and yes you've guessed, she is hard at work revising for her AS's. (AKA fast asleep in bed!)

Liesa do try and see the doctor again about your knee - surely it shouldn't have come back so quickly, and nothing like constant pain to make you feel grouch and less like keeping to a diet.

Have a good day everyone, I am reading everything, even if not saying much.

    So far so good.

Had porridge for breakfast and tomato soup for dinner, also had a packet of ww cookies. I am cooking shepherds pie for tea following the ww recipe.

Looking forward to the lateral thigh trainer coming, hopefully, tomorrow, so hoping for a change around to my weight loss. I will join a gym when Eve starts school in September, I know you shouldn't make excuses but at the moment I just can't find the time to fit it in and by the time the girls are settled of an evening the last thing I want to do is go out training. I think my hubby forgets that after school Caitlin goes swimming one night, clarinet another, brownies another, tap and ballet another then fit in homework all before Tony gets in at six.

The last couple of weeks I haven't been marking down everything I've eaten so all change today and hopefully a positive report on Monday.

well the news from the hospital is i need physiotherapy!!! [clap][clap][clap] was threatened with that many moons ago!! but as there is arthritis in my knee and other joints cant really see what the benefits will be apart from even more pain!!!

then she tells me to look into losing weight!! "see it as your goal, in the fight to help with pain" lose 2 stones and the pain dont go, its a catch 22 here cant do what i would like to do as the pain is so great at times!! before the arthroscopy in sept, i could just about sit on my knees for a few minutes to change a nappy on the floor but now i cannot under any circumstances put my knee on the floor or bed and put any weight on it!! more pain now then before so i am not happy, but willl give physio a go, you never know it may help with the weight[msnsad][msnscared][msneek][msncry][msnmad]
