    Oh and on the sample menu tomorrow it says I can have a Crunchie for 10 syns, but not what size that would be.

    Also if I was trying to work out the equivalent of UK products, eg my vegetarian sausage,do I work out the calories/fat content of my sausage and then compare it to the quorn calories/fat content? Presumably if they are similar in value, I just include it in my menu (and not as a syn) but if its higher in calories/fat, I roll the extra amount over into syns? Gee I hope that just made sense!

    Chickened out of the treadmill altogether last night, do no interval training or jogging. Did the cross trainer and stepper instead [sporty]

    My throat is even worse and nose is streaming, and I look like a [)]. Had a lovely meal last night but perhaps was a mistake and should have stayed in and gone to bed. Am dosing myself up with beechams flu plus and going to bed to die quietly!

    Tangerine for breakfast, 3 soft boiled egss and a muller yogs for lunch, all I want is something that is kind on my throat. Weigh in tonight, if I don't feel better I will not be going.

    Twigs (and let's hope it's not too long till you resemble one[msnwink]) when am feeling better will type up all the stuff on free foods and post on here.

    thank you for the choc tips mizzy.
    i am to chocolate what wine is to an alcoholic[msncry] i find it better to cut it out all together. i have been known to swallow 5 chunky kitkats in one, well binge for want of a better word. really not good at all.

    i have done really well i think this eek, di a mile swim this morning, unfortunately it was during the ladies aqua aerobics - i felt like a cork bobbing in the ocean[msnsmile2]

    breakkie - porridge
    lunch - cold tin of garlic tomatoes with 2 slices hot buttered toast
    tea - sainsbury be good , chicken and toato italian style soup with a small can of flageolet beans thrown in and a buttered bun(roll)

    just had a glass of red paul masson which ill prob end in the whole bottle tonight
