Good morning everyone and what a lovely morning. Isn't it lovely to get up in the mornings, open the curtains and just want to get out there when the sun is shining??
I've already mowed the lawns, washed all my downstairs windows and done 2 rounds of washing which is all now on the washing line!!!...and its only 10.30am. How many calories burnt off is that I wonder ?
Just had my weetabix with skimmed milk, not sure on lunch yet!
Taking Harry to a party this afternoon so will have to resist all those little temptations[msnembarrased]

Paula...You've got me humming all those tunes now[msnsmile2]. My SIL has just booked us some tickets to go and see George Michael in November, so looking forward to that.

Mizzy..Hope you're feeling better this morning. Take it easy today and let your DH do all the work[msnwink]

Julieanne....Was that Fultons crab house by any chance? sounds delicious.

Off to make one of Julies famous skinny lattes now before the next round of jobs!![msnwink]

Not that we like to natter or anything then Sharon!

Have made the fatal mistake of popping into work as dogs hairdresser is in Marlow too, and now not worth going home before they are ready! Luckily no food here except an orange of mine in the fridge from before we went on hols so cannot eat even though starving. So will make the frittata when I get home.

Fultons Crab House - oh I love that, we didn't manage to get there this time, did discover Hoolihans on the 192 opposite Orange Lakes though not a fish place, does do some.

I am so impressed with all this housework, need to attack the kitchen which looks like a bomb has hit it - any suggestions how to get a mark left on my wooden worktop where wet clothes were put on it? I am going to lavishly pour teak oil on and see if that has any impact. Thank goodness most of the worksurface is granite - that has only water marks which I can get off if I s[bad language filtered out]e carefully with a pallet knife. I'd like to say their bedrooms are spotless but I would be struck down with a thunderbolt, but I guess that most of the house looks ok - good job I had my cleaner in while they were away, I think she spent more time tidying than cleaning!!

We are off to see Santana next week at Wembley, that's our Christmas pressie from the gals, so they can be little treasures sometimes!![clap]

Oh dear, I've damaged my leg. I have been on the tread mill every day this week so my calves were feeling tender, in my madness I went to skip in the garden and the pain was incredible. I can hardly more my leg now.[msncry][msncry][msncry][msncry]

Sounds like a pulled tendon or muscle Paula, rest and don't go on threadmill until better, were you walking or running by the way?

I was just doing brisk walks Julie, I can't believe the pain I'm in. I wasn't skipping with a rope, just a little hop skip and jump sort of thing when I felt a really sharp pull. I can't bend my ankle or lift my toes. Hubby is out, parents are away for the weekend, sistersare working and I am here hobbling round with my children and my neice.

No swelling is there Paula? If so you might need to see a doctor, otherwise sit with your leg raised, and something cold on it might not go amiss either. Liz will know if not being able to raise your toes means something more than a pulled muscle or tendon, although I say more, when I know they can be extremely painful.

I think Fiona maybe right you may need to see a doctor, it sounds very painful, I would do as Fiona suggests, and if it does not ease get to A&E. You could try some Ibuprophen in the mean time[grouphug]
