    Tuna chop house styled salad with natural yogurt as dressing

    Bolognese
    2 litres of water[angel]

    Got fruits and natural yogurt for later[msnwink]

    Well done to all those who have lost [msnsmile2]

    I am deeply depressed I went running this morning ready for sundays race for life and I have pulled the muscle right at the top of my leg where my bum is and it hurts like h***
    I will have to rest until the weekend and if its not better I will be walking the course -I am so mad [msnmad]

    Bought 2 new SW books Fast Food and Food Optimising So will go through and plan the meals as I rest my leg

    Julie where is your other healthy B? you could have had some nice wholmeal spaghetti or pasta with that bolognese[msnsmile] i hope your eating enough mrs or it will be off to the naughty corner with you[msneek][msnwink]

    toast and ginger jam
    cheese leek and ham pasta n sauce
    yoghurt
    2 ameretti biscotti 1.5syns
    sweet potato wedges with asda good for you vegetable chilli (free)
    strawbs for afters

    I knew you would spot that[msnwink] I made tortilla wraps (bought) for the rest of the family to have with their bolognese but I wasn't feeling to good so didn't both making my spag[msnembarrased]

    i'm just worried that you eat enough Julie[grouphug] dont want you falling through the gaps in the pavement now do we[msnoo][msnwink]have you sinned those bought wraps?, you probably could have had one of those, i think we're looking at between 4-6 syns , so not too bad
