No Liesa...I definately wouldn't recommend it to you or anyone who has knee problems. I found it quite stressful on mine today and only do in in small sessions

Well done on the great weight loss Sharon, you will be at target before you know it.[clap]

Paula, chin up, just keep going and you will lose something next week.

Porridge for brekkies, jacket pot for lunch and out for supper as is DH's bithday - off to an Italian we haven't tried before so hope it is good.

Congrats Mizzy, you must feel very excited!
    Have a lovely holiday Sharon
Paula the plateau weeks are horrible, but don't get disheartened, its not a gain!

    Food Diary yesterday:
    Breakfast: Porridge
    Lunch: Fish & carrots/peas/corn
    Dinner: Turkey Salad Sandwich
    Snacks: Banana & Yoghurt
    Syns: Skinny Cap

I had to swap dinner around to lunch, as I was working 2.30pm - 8.30pm, and a sandwich is easier to eat out on Reception! I hope its ok to swap them around. I was quite hungry yesterday, I will need to find out about these free foods.
    Theresa
