    It's the weekend[clap][clap][clap]

My neice is making her First Holy Communion today so I will have to watch myself. I'll just have egg on toast for breakfast and decide later whether to make it a red or green day. We are having a party afterwards and at Mum and Dad's yesterday I noticed lots of naughty delights but I also noticed Mum has stocked up on salads and potatoes so we may have a barbecue if the weather stays nice. It's a beautiful sunny day in Liverpool so hopefully it will stay that way.[8D]
    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning ladies,

Fiona if Theresa 11 hours ahead of the UK and you are 5 hours behind the UK in the US that would make Theresa 16 hours ahead of the US - I think[msneek] Went I went around the world in 1990 I totally lost track[msneek]

Mizzy what does rice come under then? Is it just syns?

Sharon its great to have you back and enjoy your party today[msnsmile][msnsmile][msnsmile]

    Good Morning Everyone

Fiona [msneek][msnscared][msntongue][msnembarrased][msnsmile2][msnwink] probably an understatement but it certainly sounds like your having a great holiday[msnwink]

Paula i'm sure you'll have a lovely day at your nieces first communion, your doing the right thing by staying neutral, i would also take some fruit in the car so your not totally ravenous when you hit that buffet or bbq or you could always make a fruit salad and take it as your contribution, anyway i hope you have a lovely day[drinkpepsi][grin]

    Theresa, porridge oats 28gm = 1 healthy extra[msnsmile]

have a great day everyone, lets all stay nice and positive the sun is shining and summer is just around the corner[msnwink][msnsmile2]

Oh so I have to include the porridge as an extra! Oh dear, haven't been doing that. I think I am getting it wrong!

    Take today's menu

    Porridge (healthy extra?)

lunch. Vege sausages, beans & dry fried egg (are they all free foods)?

Dinner: Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni with a little cheese on top. Free food plus cheese healthy extra.

How many healthy extras can I have?

If I have a yoghurt as well, is that from my syns?

    I am all confused again.

Thanks for the offer on the books girls. Is there somewhere I can view them, and have a look at what the content is?
I will get my sisters to try for me first, and if they have no luck then I might take one of you up on your kind offer to source them for me, and reimburse you.

Thanks guys. My throat is heaps better today, but I am still very disorientated, that's probably because of the Codral Flu Tabs!

    Have a great Sunday everyone!

    Good Morning

Theresa it's two healthy A's which are your milk and cheese

and then two healthy B's which are either your cereal and breads on both days and also your meat and fish on a green day or potato, pasta and rice on a red

the yoghurts are usually free or v.low syns depending on the type

you seem to be dong ok Theresa the weight is coming off so i wouldn't worry about it too much

your meals looked fine yesterday you should have had another healthy B which could have been bacon or a slice of gammon with your breakfast, or even a slice of toast but apart from that your doing great[clap][clap][clap]

Hope the party was fantastic Sharon and you all had a great time[msnsmile2]

Sally and Paula are you both getting on OK???[grouphug]

Theresa I have a copy of this book which I find very good .It gives you the basics and has lots of recipes in I then supplement it with the magazines.

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Slimming-World...QQcmdZViewItem

I bought my copy in Tesco here for 10.99 I am on my way there now to take my youngest to work so will see if they still have a copy .

Had a very late night -well early morning really 2.00 am went out to supper I was verygood and avoided the puddings and cheese but ate all the grapes they had as decoration.

Not sure what we will eat today as I think John might turn green at the thought of food at the moment as he hasn't got as much will power as me when it comes to saying no to certain liquids.

Thanks Mizzy, the healthy extras bit is the bit I don't really understand, I guess if I had proper books I would, that's what you miss about he classes, getting your head around the system!

    Janny thanks for that link.

I will ask my sister to look out for it in Tesco Ireland, and I think they have the english bookshops in Dublin too. My sister said she did SW when she lost weight for her wedding in 1999, so at least she knows the organisation, and will be able to pick the best ones to help me.

Thanks girls...I am going to look at that link some more!
