    Don't think I will get weighed this week as it has been a bad week diet and excercise wise.

    Will just enjoy my Florida food and get into it big style when I get back!

    Poor you Paula, its the pits.
    I find I am more bloated at the end of my period, rather than the beginning, its very weird.
    One good thing about tracking weight, is you can see the gains are often in a pattern, so I know to stick with it, it will pass and balance back out again, whereas before I tracked it, I would get fed up, and feel like throwing the towel in.

    I've also decided to track it on the SW website, to see the weight going down, and up and down, etc etc. So I can follow the progress and see the pitfalls.

    Food Diary Thurs

    Porridge
    Lunch was this weird thing I made, which was truly horrible. It was meant to be veggie burgers, but it wouldn't form into patties, too loose, so I threw it in a flan dish with eggs, and made this kind of chickpea frittata, it was revolting! [msnsad]
    Dinner: Veggie Soup & Baked Beans. A weird combo, but the soup was at work, and the beans when I got home. Sore throat meant I didn't know what I felt like! [msnembarrased]

    Snacks. Fruit, Yoghurt, low fat bar thingy.

    aw Theresa dont you just hate it when that happens especially when your hungry, perhaps a little beaten egg would have bound it together? too late now though!

    1lb off. I'm not really disappointed because I know I have been 100% on the plan. I'm certain it will show at next weeks weigh in.
    I do retain alot of fluid before and during my period, on Monday I weighed myself and I'd lost 4lb since the Monday before.
    Normally with a small loss I would feel like crying but I know the reason why so I'm quite pleased with any loss no matter how small.

    Well done Paul, keep on the straight and narrow and next week the loss will be even bigger. What's happened to Liesa, has she given up on us?

    Msnaged to be VERY clever and packed 1 costume that is an old one - ie pre-mastectomy, so do I wonder round the pool today lop-sided or put on damp costume! The day I decide oh well it's only us bet we will be inundated with visitors!

    Got myself a pair of smaller dog-walking jeans yesterday at Gap, so feeling very pleased with myself. Really need a few more pounds off before they look ok in the tummy area, but made the backside look good!

    Had a salad last night when out, lobster with bacon bits, better than fish or burger and chips, most of these salads are humungous with naughty dressings, but a step in the right direction. Just about to cook an omelette as we are out for supper with friends at the Chinese at Champions Gate tonight. We haven't been there before, so hope it is good! Sliced turkey & hardboiled egg and salad for lunch.

    Paula, well done its a loss and thats the way forward, did you measure yourself before you started? I know when I have had a small loss it often shows on the tape measure[msnwink] Keep at it and you will have a nice loss next week, and its still better than WW[msnwink]

    Well I spent the afternoon at a well women clinic for my check up, all OK so only need to go back if I feel I can't cope with my monthly times[msnembarrased]

    Green day for me today.......

    Skinny latte x 2 healthy a choice
    Sweet potato wedges
    Potato curry (bit of theme here[msneek])
    Not managed my 2 litres yet[msnsad]
    Got melon and peaches with yogurt poured over for later - I am eating half a melon a day at the moment[msnscared]

    Although I don't deserve it I have lost a 1lb as well so I am well pleased.
    Out for dinner tonight for my son's birthday and away for the weekend so I musn't let things slide[msneek]

    usual brekkie
    qourn minted lamb thingies which were very nice and a pile of roasted veg for lunch
    jacket potato wedges with sweet chilli beans and an egg for tea
    strawbs for afters/supper[angel][angel][angel]

    i made a big bowl of fruit salad but it's almost all gone [msneek] dh and kiddies got there before me [msnsad] i'm just glad i hid some leftover strawberries [msnwink]

    wonder how Sally is getting on? she was hoping to catch the 5pm class[msnsmile]
