Oh well, I'm back after two and a half weeks in Florida and am busy catching up on the posts and everyone's progress.
I agree Julieanne. I have to watch what I eat ALL the time otherwise I put weight on[msnsad]
Holidays are the only time I eat what I want. Yes, I pay for it afterwards, but if I didn't do it then, I would never do it. I think on balance, I'd rather enjoy myself once in a while and deal with it afterwards. Having said this, I really admire those who watch what they eat when on holiday and come back without piling on the pounds!
As usual, I have a few pounds to lose to get back to my "normal" weight-things are feeling a little "snug"[msneek] Lots of exercise and healthy eating are the order of the day now.

    Carole

PS. Julie-I love your New York photos!!

Sally I have been doing ww online since before Christmas and although I did well at first I found it very hard to be 100% committed. I was always watching my points, some days I would have eaten them all at 5pm and I was quite often hungry. I joined a sw class last Thursday and have my second weigh in tomorrow, the scales at home are showing up quite positive and so far I have found the plan easy. I could carry on eating until bedtime if I wanted to, the only thing is when you know you can you don't really want to, were as if you can't you are thinking about food all the time. I am eating what the family are eating only having more veg and potaoes on green days or less on red days. Not a big pasta lover though but I do like meals with rice. Oh I hope the scales are good to me at the class. I am starting to worry now

Thanks everyone[msnsmile2]. I will be going tomorrow, loads of classes around to pick from and I feel very determined. I have 2 pairs of nice trousers in my cupboard that I got when I was at my lowest and they no longer fit[msnembarrased].

My scales may be wrong because they don't show that I have put much on but it feels like I have.

    Welcome back Carole.

Good luck to anyone getting weighed tomorrow.

    Welcome back Carole

Glad you are having a great time Fiona, and it sounds like you are still being very good, enjoy it though!

Mizzy your car sounds gorgeous, I don't know that make, but the colour sounds snazzy!

I am still feeling wretched with sore throat, so having very soft food

    Food Diary for yesterday (Wed)

    Very sloppy porridge
Soft dry fried eggs and piece of bacon
    steamed fish and veggies

    snacks: fruit, cappuccino and yoghurt

Haven't exercised for a couple of days, other than the housework and wishing I could go back to bed, but can't because of the kids.

Yes its an autumn cold Julie, the weather is either cold, or 22oC. Its very weird at the moment!

Hope you're feeling better soon Theresa.

I feel dreadful this morning, my tummy is in agony (yes it's THAT[msnmad]time) I'm really worried about the scales now. At the beginning of the week my scales at home were showing a good loss, today I feel washed out and bloated.[msncry][msncry]

Tell your consultant Paule, they asterisk it on your record and call it your "star" week as it often explains poor weight loss or even weight gain[msneek]
You have been so good this week that even if the weight loss doesn't show because of this, it will do next week.
    Good Luck

here's hoping for a lovely pleasant surprise for you this morning Paula[clap][clap][clap]

it's a good idea to record your period weeks as you can spot patterns developing either just before, after, or during, especially when your feeling bloated[msnsad]
