Hello All ~ Computer has been playing up last couple of days, I couldn't really post, it was all slow.

Mizzy you and I are doing the same at the moment, I only lost 1lb too, and had been good, but at least its off, after last week's gain. I think after a while you only lose small amounts, I haven't had big losses for ages.

Sharon that's great you only put 4lb on, especially with a wedding, honeymoon and holiday! Wow that's brilliant!

Julie welcome back, hope you aren't too jetlagged! You did well to be so good on holidays!

Hope I didn't miss anyone else's gains or losses.

    Food Diary for today (Sunday)

    Porridge
Dry friend Bacon & Egg & one slice bread
Fish & Peas & Corn in SW sauce

Snacks: Latte, low fat biscuit, Grapes & Yoghurt later.

Sorry Theresa missed your loss so very well done!!![clap][clap][clap][clap]

Keeping to a diet on what I ate yesterday! Sent DH off food shopping this am with the instructions buy new pots and extra low fat hellmans mayo, he says why can't I just buy potato salad - tell him I am on a diet, rolling of eyes and mutterings about being on holiday! Anyway he came back with both - although only light mayo, extra light doesn't seem to have got here yet.

Dog is way better - threw a strop with ED when she went upstairs to change into work clothes and demanded to be let into my room - ones bed is so much more comfortable to lie on than ones luxury carpet! Then demanded to go out as soon as she went downstairs again, another strop when called in, and refused to eat the 2 bonios and chew she was left with when ED went out the house! Sat there with a sulky look on her face and the other dog scoffed her goodies PDQ so I am sure that Millie ate hers as soon as ED had gone out of the house, was just making a point. ED was telling me this on the phone at work, I am laughing - so is the rest of the office who is listening to her!

DH off for a meeting so I am back off to sit by the pool and read![msncool] - not wearing the sundglasses I left behind, oh shame, just have to go shopping![8D]!!

I have had a red day today. I just can't believe the amount of food isn't resticted in any way. When I was doing ww I would eat my final points of the day knowing they were my final points and I couldn't have anything else.........then I'd start thinking about what I can't have and want it all the more......

    Weetabix for breakfast
    Tuna salad sandwich for dinner
Bacon, egg, tomatoes and mushrooms for tea.

Caitlin was at her clarinet lesson after school so I had to do something quick. Cailtin also had the result of her Grade 1 and passed with distinction so we are all happy today[clap][clap][clap]
