Slightly well right off subject isn't the new Warburtons tv advert brilliant with the boy bashing into everything.

    My tea was [sick][sick][sick]
    Veggie sausage....yuk
Chips SW style but I put too much chilli pepper on them.
    Beans
    Egg (poached)

I'm going to have a red day tomorrow I think.

Mizzy did you find the Syn value for Sharwoods sweet chilli and red pepper sauce?

Glad you had a good trip home Julie.

Thanks Paula! It sounds like you are really getting to grips with SW[clap][clap][clap] Not seen the new advert yet[msnwink]

Well I have been on the scales and stayed the same which I am pleased about after my NY trip, giving SW class a miss due to soooooo much to do and catch up with today, so next offical weigh in for me will be next Tuesday.[msnsmile2]

    Have a great day all[clap][clap][clap]

    Welcome back Sharon and Julie.
And well done on your weigh ins, that is great Sharon following a Florida trip - I will be delighted if I only put that much on during my hols. This time next week I'll be there [clap] [clap] celebrating my birthday [msneek]

Mizzy - you have done fantastically well on SW - as you know I am far from a SW expert but isn't it normal that after losing so much the weight loss will slow slightly over time?
I think a pound a week is still good news - if you keep that up you will still be seeing a big change by the summer [clap] [clap] [clap]

logging on a little later this morning, being doing some exercise[sporty]

Paula i can't find sharwoods on the syns online but if you have the jar to hand log on to the SW website and then go onto syns calculator, stick in the nutritional information and the calculator will work it out for you[msnsmile] hope this helps

going to have a mix to max day today as i have sausages and bacon in the fridge for lunch and then i'm going to have chow mein for tea

lots of fruit and maybe a yoghurt for snacks throughout the day[angel][angel][angel]

my SW consultant is going to be phoning me this week to see how i'm getting on

Hello All ~ Computer has been playing up last couple of days, I couldn't really post, it was all slow.

Mizzy you and I are doing the same at the moment, I only lost 1lb too, and had been good, but at least its off, after last week's gain. I think after a while you only lose small amounts, I haven't had big losses for ages.

Sharon that's great you only put 4lb on, especially with a wedding, honeymoon and holiday! Wow that's brilliant!

Julie welcome back, hope you aren't too jetlagged! You did well to be so good on holidays!

Hope I didn't miss anyone else's gains or losses.

    Food Diary for today (Sunday)

    Porridge
Dry friend Bacon & Egg & one slice bread
Fish & Peas & Corn in SW sauce

Snacks: Latte, low fat biscuit, Grapes & Yoghurt later.

    Theresa

Mizzy [grouphug] for you- try not to get downhearted -you havebeen a sourc eof inspiraion for lots on here and lets hope we can repay you a little .

Liz I know what you mean about the Flake not being nice .Once there was a time I could have lived on chocolate and my reputation for loving puddings and desserts was well known but now as I have got older I have found my sweet tooth diminishing a lot and the cravings are dying down .Next time maybe having something in your handbag to nibble on will help ?

Morning ladies, think I will write off yesterday in terms of a diet and start again today!
So far a banana and cup of tea, but have bought porridge and eggs and fruit so have a choice. Have nothing planned today and we are trying to roughly plan what we do while we are out here so we don't have a mad panic for the last few days trying to get everything done. All the plants we put in last time are looking good, so Chris will be finishing that job off, I am going round the the house to chuck out anything past its sell by date and replace. Also bought out new winnie the pooh stuff for one of the rooms so have to put up curtains and change all the bedding, but it is soooo cute, it's the new Heffalump stuff. Only took up 3/4 of a large suitcase!

Flight was late leaving Heathrow, luckily we had checked in online so we could skip through the wait and hit the shops. Chris paled at the bill for make up & perfume - well was stocking up for me and the gals! However, I restrained myself and did not buy a pair of shoes or a handbag at Kurt Geiger or Bally so he got off lightly[msntongue]! Actually I get so mean about prices in the UK compared with Florida so I will see what they have out here. They made most of the time up by going across water rather than land but we then had an abortive land at Miami - a helicopter came into our protected space as we were just about to land - OMG plane shot up in the air and bounced around! You would be proud of us Brits though, not a note of panic just raised eyebrows at each other, and 5 mins later clam voice of the captain coming on apologising and explaining what had happend. They weren't sure if it was a police or private chopper, bet there were some sharp words to air traffic control! Naturally we picked the worst immigration queue - slowest lady in the land, hopped on to the neighbouring one and got a real charmless wonder, but he was quick! Then they sent ALL of us through customs to have our luggage checked, so another 20 min delay. So still took us 2 hours to get through and into our car. Uneventful journey up, quick supper at Joes Crab Shack and hit Publix for some emergency supplies and home.

Food wise - disgusting panini from italian place at Term 3, left most of it, will never buy from there again. Feta cheese & salad starter, salmon, veg & mashed pot on plane, left the banoffee pie & bread. Egg salad roll for tea - left the cake, had taken an apple & banana on board so we shared that. Starving on the way up so had strawberry frappochino (oh had better not make a habit of that, delicious but I am not even going to look up the syns so that tells you all you need to know!) and we shared a piece of lemon pound cake between us and the birds as we sat outside. Supper was crabcakes, popcorn shrimp, salad & corn on the cob - I did leave the chips! Can't eat like that for the rest of the hols or will put on pounds, so back to being good today. Chris is cooking bacon & eggs and has browns for himself at the moment - told him off when he was buying it all yesterday!

Have a good day everyone, and good luck with the weigh ins. Mizzy since when is 1lb ONLY a pound - it's a good weight loss, and far far better off than on, so keep positive and will come off in the end. Sharon 4lbs is not too bad, and easily comes off when back on plan, Jan I wish I could say I was out jogging every morning but you know I will be lying! I do intend trying to do some walking though as I do miss that, was expecting to be up early but slept in until phone went at 8.30! Will try later this pm perhaps. going to go out witht he camer and take pics of the lakes and anything else takes my fancy - saw the most beautiful red bird in our garden today, never seen it before. Little pointed feathers on it's top made it look very distinctive.

PS - Millie (dog) is better thanks - got a phonecall at the airport from Catriona (ED) saying she had bounced around on her walk so no worries. Then got email this am saying the gals had overslept today and Pippa (YD) had missed her first lesson[msn
