OV Slimming Club part 2

Still here in Florida-won't dare get weighed when home for at least a week or so[msnscared]

Enjoying every minute though-we've had some great meals out, especially at Anna Maria Island.
We fly home on Tuesday, so just enjoying the last couple of days. Going to Celebration tonight.

Have had some real quality time together as a family-I am all too aware that my 17 year old will be off to uni in Sept.[msncry]

I have had a very good day.

Boiled egg on toast for breakfast, I was in work at lunch time today so I just socked up on fruit.
Roast dinner with a little turkey, dry roast potatoes, carrot and turnip, cauli and cabbage with three spoons of gravy. Pudding was strawberries and banana topped with low fat yogurt.
I was eating my pudding when the SW leader called me to ask how I was getting on which I thought was nice, she added she is only a phone call away if needed.

Mizzy don't apologise to me, all you girls are doing a wonderful job of encouraging me, i only strayed from the straight and narrow when I didn't log on much over Easter.
I have had another good day.....third on the trot .....so I am feeling a little better about myself.
I "borrowed" my sons dog today and went for a 6 mile walk, I ache in places I didn't know existed [msneek]
I'm a bit worried about the coming weekend as I am going away to Leeds for a hen weekend. Still, it's a spa weekend so hopefully lots of swimming and exercise.

Ok, am packed, in panic as youngest dog has been very ill today, all lifeless and not herself at all, but managed to eat this evening and has perked up a little. Think the gals will be taking her to the vet tomorrow, have left credit card and pin number. 5.30am alarm so will check in tomorrow - probably once we have arrived.

I am going to have another green day today I think. I prefer green days at moment although one of the members in my class said she has much more successful weighins if she's had more red days........what do you think.
Dare I say I am finding this all too easy[msneek] I can't believe the amount we can eat if we wanted to, I haven't jumped on the scales and I'm not going to until I've had my weighin on Thursday I would be mortified if I'm doing it all wrong and put weight on[msncry]

I will have boiled egg on toast for breakfast and pasta salad for lunch not too sure about tea yet.

Morning girls hope you all had a good weekend.I have but mainly because I went to a quiz last night and our team won -only a tenner but then I won £100 in the raffle
Food wise it has been good lots of fruit and green meals for us I feel better on green days .

Just off out for a run ready for next month training is going well so thatmust be helping the waistline as well .

Carole sounds like your having a great time in the sunshine state[clap] and i'm sure with all that walking and swimming the scales wont be too unkind when you get home

Fiona have a great holiday[clap] and try not to worry too much about the dog, i'm sure your girls love her just as much as you and will take care of the vets visit[msnsmile]

Paula, with regards to red and green days you have to do what suits you best , some girls in my class lose more on green and some lose more on red, i find it best to alternate between the two over the entire week, that way you get to eat the widest variety of food, your menu for yesterday was great so i'm sure you'll have a pleasant surprise when you step on those scales[msnsmile2]

I have had a really bad weekend food wise, so guess the holiday mood starts here. And I certainly intend to enjoy my food in Florida, although I am going to try and fit in plenty of excercise [sporty]

Had a lovely weekend in the New Forest, needed a couple of days relaxing.

Avoided the cream teas and new forest ice cream, had a little taste of some fudge[msntongue], but that was all.

Spent some of the time worrying, first time we have left our 16 year old on her own, house was still standing when we got back so she did manage to lock up, turn grills off and not leave the bath running.
