I had another good day yeterday so hopefully I'm back on track.

Crunchy bran and banana for brekkie
Ham salad for lunch + melon and strawbs
Salmon and prawns for dinner with a seving of seafood sauce ( sainsbury's BGTY 1 syn ) Baby new potatoes ( healthy extra) and broccoli
    yoghurt to finish

Having roast dinner today, but will go green so I can have roast potatoes and mash [msneek] I can have 113g of chicken as my healthy extra.

Theresa it must be really good when you start noticing the weight loss on yourself, glad the love handles have disappeared, I have enough for a whole set of drawers

Fiona, have an absolutely fabulous holiday....less than 5 weeks til we go now and I can't waitJust need to fit into some of my clothes[msnsad]

PS yesterday afternoon was glorious and I sat in the garden for an hour, would you believe I have actually got a bit of a tan?
Tanned fat looks so much better than white fat[msnwink]

No Bacon this morning, I'm having all the family around for dinner so I'm having a green day.
Boiled egg on toast (wholemeal healthy option) for breakfast.

Oh gosh girls I still have love handles, only there are a couple gone, don't worry, I still have a way to go. I just meant it was a surprise to notice a difference, especially not having a long mirror at home, just one in the bathroom for the make up, and one in my daughter's room, which is tiny. Just gave me a little skip in my step.

Hey all, last post from NY as we are flying home tonight[msnsad]

Weather really bad so maybe good that we are leaving[msnwink]

Had my one and only burger last night - I always have one per trip as I am not really a beef person but it was very nice[msnwink]

Planning on an omelette this morning then nothing until the flight and I WILL be good[angel]

I am actually looking forward to getting home now and to be able to do my own cooking!!!!

Have a good day all and welcome home Mrs G[clap][clap][clap]

Glad NY was sooo much fun for you Julie!
Don't worry about the burgers, you can't go to the State and not have a burger!
You will be back on track again, life is for living too!
    Safe trip home!

Liz, i owe you an apology, i have just read back and forgot to mention how well your doing, it's really hard to get back on track, so well done you for getting back into the swing of things [clap] here's to a weight loss this week[clap]

i have blitzed the house this morning, exercised for 1/2hour on my glider and cooked lunch[msneek]
i had turkey breast with 1tspn cranberry sauce, carrots, savoy cabbage, cauli and brocolli tiny amount of weak gravy[angel]

husband and kids have had the full works with yorks pud, stuffing, potatoes and parsnips followed by apple crumble and custard[msntongue]

my youngest is back to school tommorow and the oldest goes back Tues, i can't wait as it's virtually impossible to get anything done whilst the terrible two are at home!!

weigh in tommorow, hope it's good news i have tried 110%[angel][angel][angel]

Are you on a green or red day Mizzy?

I'm sure you will have a good result tomorrow.

I printed off that photo you sent me and put it on the fridge with the caption little pickers wear bigger knickers.

i am on a red day today Paula, hence no potatoes or parsnips on my lunch

i could have had a success express day and had both meat and potatoes but i just dont trust myself to get the portion sizes right

i am planning on a salad for tea with prawns

you'll have to forward the photo to the others on here or if anyone wants to dm me their e.mail address i will send it to you, be warned though it's not for the faint hearted[msnscared]but it's certainly guaranteed to keep you on the straight and narrow, especially if like Paula you stick it on the fridge[msnwink]
