our bunny runs riot in the garden too Julie, she escapes to our neighbour now and then, we should have called her bl**dy hoodini[msneek], the neighbour doesn't mind at all she says the grandchildren love seeing the rabbit[msnsmile]

Carole sounds like your having a lovely time, are the parks decorated for easter?

Mizzy they are pansies I should have put in last month!! OK I will come clean I have just had 2 cadburys mini eggs - just off to check on the SW site how many syns they are, that will probably shock me enough to leave the rest of the bowl alone!

Long walk with the hounds (as have nothing better to do) so went round twice, very wet muddy dogs now need a bath, or at least a feet & leg wash!

Frittata planned for lunch and roast chicken with pesto for supper with new pots, spinach and salad.

Grilled extra lean sausage, bacon, toms and dry fried egg
Skinny latte
Cottage cheese and pineapple
2 plums
Skinny latte
Homemade chilli (without kidney beans) with rice (healthy extra)
2 litres of water [angel]
Got melon and yog for later

Children are just eating cadburys eggs as I type[msneek]

Mizzy how much rice is a healthy extra I could not find it in the book?

i can't find rice as an healthy extra either, beans lentils pasta and pulses - yes
rice - no

you could do one of two things now you could chop a baked potato into wedges and cook them like you would do the sw chips

or you could have a mix to max day and have red lunch the green tea with rice free on green and the minced beef in the chilli as the healthy extra

my little ones have a free rein with the chocolate eggs now that they have eaten lunch

they have been warned about two things, the first is they have to stop before they are sick and the second is tooth brushing will be supervised tonight[msneek][msnwink]

Mizzy I knew I should have gone without the rice[msnsad] Oh well to late now I will have to have it as syns, looks like about 8 syns, apart from a tsp of brown sauce thats all I have had today so should be OK?[msnsad]

Sounds like we are all doing lots of work in the garden this weekend [clap]

I had a walk this morning, it was fairly slow as my Mum came with me and she can't go very fast but I think she did great to do about 3 miles [clap]

Off to prepare a chilli now for lunch pr dinner tommorrow - plan to do a 2 hour plus gym session in the morning [msneek]

Two consecutive whole days off work for me this weekend (Sunday and Monday) [clap] [clap]
