Hi Mizzy I am here -thanks for asking - just don't seem to get round to posting somehow -don't know why as I don't do much all day so not excactly strapped for time![msnembarrased]

I have been feeling sluggish for the past week and think maybe its the bread I have eaten-I made the mistake of buying a gorgeous Kingsmill loaf that beckoned me everytime I went near the bread bin - i shall have to buy grotty tesco value white I think so I am not tempted.[msnsmile2]

I have been good but have found my exercising hard for the reasons above so am going to get back on track this week despite it being easter and having my dad here which alwasy makes it hard as he tried to make me eat sweets and biscuits he brings .

I need some new recipes as I have gone through the SW book I bought and the fmaily are getting fed up so if anyone has any recommendations or is willing to buy the books you can abuy at classes for me I would be grateful

Any way I promise to report in on a more frequent basis again as the support is great thanks girls

Had Porridge for breakfast about to set to do the washing and think about lunch so I can get anything i eed on the way back from the hairdressers.

Well done to the losers keep it up .

there is a recipe archive on the sw website which will give you some ideas and if you have a morrisons near you, they make a gorgeous organic farmhouse wholemeal bread and it is far far nicer than any kingsmill you can buy
good luck Janny and let us know wont you if you find something nice and tasty[msnwink]

Well ladies I feel so much better now - I must admit I woke with the blues this morning (I suffer from Post MT as well as PMT[msnsad])

I have just done 1 HOUR on my treadmill and the high you get from exercise is so so good[sporty][sporty][sporty]

DH had wall mounted a little TV in the big hall where I have my treadmill, and as I have told Mizzy I am into music in a big way, my latest 'thing' is the Gorillaz Live DVD which is just over a hour running time (excuse the pun!) DH got it to play through the wireless network onto my little TV so my hour was so easy running along to very loud music, with my front door wide open[msnembarrased][clap]

I must admit it was hard to get going and it took the 5 mins warm up for me to start to feel motivated, but once I got going it was great[sporty][sporty]

    I did over 7k of intervals [clap][sporty][clap][sporty]

Another plus my inner thighs now don't rub, my buttocks are lifting and there improvements in the pelvic floor - which after giving birth to my lot I really need[msnembarrased]

Janny its so good to have you back with us[grouphug] I must admit I rarely eat bread anymore for much the same reasons as you. Come in here more often it really helps to post regularly[grouphug]

Have a good day all - I feel good LOL!!!!

Well I think I'm about the same as when I went away but a maybe a little fitter with the walking and swimming.

    Hope everyone is well.

Well done Julie on your treadmill session.
When I have managed to get to the gym lately I have been using the cross trainer rather than the treadmill. I'm up to 20 minutes on it now which I'm quite pleased with [sporty]
When do you leave for NY???

Nice to have you back Macka

Congrats to all the losers - don't ever be sad about a small loss, every ounce lost is good news [msnwink]

well ladies and Macka you are going to be shocked

i've just done 20mins on my gravity strider [msnoo](it's a tony little gazelle strider)

according to the computer i've done 1.5miles in 20mins at a average speed of 4.9 miles per hour, not sure if this good or not but i can certainly feel it in the backs of my legs[msnscared] i had vh1 on sky to exercise to "the nations favourite lyrics"

SW do a body magic program and i'm going to go for my silver award (i already have the bronze one)[clap]

Macka it's great to have you back, we have missed your humour[msnwink]

Hello all, well how weird I completely missed lunch[msnscared] think it was the later start then going on the treadmill I had my breakfast after that, then had some pineapple then went out and got back and it was almost tea time[msneek]

Mizzy well done on your gravity strider[sporty][clap][sporty][clap] Looks like a good piece of kit (looked on ebay)[msnwink]

Julieanne the crosstrainer is a great workout, just try to push yourself to the max resistance to burn more cals whilst on for 20 mins[clap][sporty][clap][sporty]

Macka great to have you back and well done on staying the same, now is the time to move forward [msnwink] keep up the exercise[sporty][sporty][sporty] Funny how the mention of buttocks got you in here[msnwink][msnwink][msnwink] We missed you[clap][msneek][msneek]

So food dairy for me, another red day......

    Porridge
    Pineapple
    Skinny latte
    8 grapes (Yes I counted them)[msnembarrased]
    Bolognese wraps[msntongue]
2-3 litres of water - drank more because of the exercise[angel]
Got melon and low fat natural yogurt for later[msnwink]

    hi everyone

i've had another green day today, here's my food diary

usual brekkie of toast and jam
    actimel, banana
jacket potato wedges 2 quorn sausages and a spoonfull of beans for lunch
quorn teriyaki chow mein for tea
    mini honeycomb bites

funnily enough Julie i haven't been as hungry as i usually am today, could that be the exercise?

i have pushed myself on the strider well there's no point on going on if your not going to work at it, now i just have to build it up to the 45mins that i was doing early last year

Mizzy I nornally get more hungry the more exercise I do, unless I have drunk masses of water, in fact I have just felt hungry myself but then when I looked at my diary today I did not have lunch so won't make that mistake again[msnwink]

Well done though its great news that you are building the exercise up again[sporty][clap][sporty]
