well done mizzy!!
Excellent Mizzy, 22 1/2 lbs is fantastic[clap][clap][clap]
Fiona, I think it's time I bought a dog!! I really do need to take more exercise[msneek]
I managed to keep on the straight and narrow yesterday and I am having a red day to eat the remains of Sundays roast beef with salad at lunch. I'd like to try the mix 2 max so that I can have pasta for dinner, but it sounds to good to be true [msneek]
Any one doing well with it?
Have a good day everyone
[msnsmile2]
I have found my old sw books and have decided to give it a go. I have found a class which is on my way to the office on Thursday mornings. I can't remember anything about it so any little hints and tips would be most welcome.[msnsmile2]
Paula
Morning all, evening Theresa!!!
Mizzy I feel the same way, I could not have done well so far without all the support from you girls[grouphug]
Paula that's great news!!!![clap]
Liz Mix2max is going down well at my SW class as is Success Express, I have done SE before but not M2M, Fiona did the menu plan in the new SW mag for a couple of weeks I think?
Well weigh day for me today, been on my home scales and lost on them but will wait and see what the SW scales say[msnscared] as long as its a loss I will be happy[msnsmile]

Thanks Paula, and we will help you all we can with SW!!![clap][clap][clap]
good morning everyone
thanks for all your lovely comments i've still got a fair few lbs to lose and i really appreciate all the support i'm getting on here, it helps to keep me focused
Paula if your old sw books are pre Jan 05 then a lot has changed, i would suggest you have a quick look at the website (this weeks password is curry), it'll be fantastic if you can join a class, loads of support, ideas, taster nights and quite a few good laughs
we have a lady who is doing great at our class however she likes a pint or two, last night she proudly announced that she has cut down her drinking nights out to one and a half per week,
she still has six drinks both nights but she goes home earlier on one of the nights[msnscared][msneek]
Liz i've tried mix to max and had good results, i try fit one or two in per week, give it a go you never know until you try[msnsmile]
Good luck for those weighing in today Fiona[clap] and Julie[clap] hope i haven't missed anyone out
fingers crossed everyone for that stone award for Julie[msnwink][msnsmile2]
Mizzy
Well sorry to let you all down, and I don't know where I have gone wrong, in fact I know I am OK with the food, but not much exercise this week so lost a big fat ZERO[msncry][msncry][msncry]
However I got the tape measure out and since the begining of Feb i have lost 3 1/2 inches off my waist and 3 inches from under my bust (luckyily my cup size is still the same)
My total loss at SW is 12lbs plus 4 lbs I lost before joining, so I will not get down about it[msnsad]
I will however get back on my treadmill now that my horrible monthly time is over[msnwink]
Going out for some retail therapy to cheer myself up now[msnwink]
Oh forgot to say I am wearing a old pair of size 12 trousers, allbeit a generous 12 but still a size 12[msnsmile]
Julie now remember - it's not always about the weight off, sometimes it's the inches, and that sounds what yours is.
I am not sure if I will have lost any weight again ([msncry]) this week, but I know the inches are coming off because clothes are falling off me. The smaller size of black trousers that I was thrilled to get into that I found at the back of the cupboard a few months ago - bagging round the backside and thighs, and folding over at the waist.[msnsmile2] - Now if ONLY I could do something about the slight (note slight not huge now) roll of fat hanging over[msntongue] - I make myself sound sooooo attractive don't I??!
Porridge with honey for brekkies and a banana, left over risotto for lunch with fruit, supper will be spag bog - green style!
I am switching to having a medium plate instead of large for my meals - fools the brain, so let's see if it works!
Have a good day everyone.
Julie, Mizzy you have both done fantastically well so far - be proud of yourselves [clap] [clap]
I'm afraid I'm still not being very good - altho better than previous weeks. I am just finding it so difficult to make good choices at the moment [msnembarrased] [msnembarrased]
And I really really need to be very good in preparation for my hols in 19 days time [clap]
Must try harder [msneek]
Julie
