    Julieanne sorry i dont know about the all bran bar, can find out definate syns for you online but at a guess i would say somewhere between 6-8syns

    Four more easter eggs have arrived in my house this morning[msneek] big ones too[msnscared]

    i have just had a delightful hour baking with my son, choc chip muffins and chocolate cupcakes with a white chocolate and soft cheese icing[msntongue] he really enjoyed his quality time with mum, now i have to spend some quality time cleaning the flour, sugar and melted chocolate off the floor

    Well done Theresa, 1/2lb off is better than 1/2lb on!!
    Hard luck Paula but keep at it, it will show up eventually[msnsmile2]
    I had a bad day yesterday, or more specifically a bad evening[msnsad]
    After deciding I HAD to have a small portion of apple crumble and custard, which I worked out to be 24 syns[msneek] I decided to put it behind me, I was still well within my weeks allowance of 70 syns[msnsmile2]
    Problem was I got the munchies in the evening ( I'd eaten really well all day![msnsad])
    I ended up having not one but TWO bowls of weetaflakes and then went to bed feeling disgusted with myself[msncry]

    I have been good today
    RED
    crunchy bran and a banana
    grapes to nibble
    Chicken salad with a tablespoon of sweetcorn relish[msntongue]
    Gammon and pinepple, grilled tomatoes and baby new potaoes sliced and fried in fry light with mushroom and red onion.
    Have drunk 1 1/2 litres of water so far.
    Going to read the new issue of SW magazine this evening to keep me on the straight and narrow!!!

    Liz don't worry about it, put it behind you and move on[msnwink] I must admit I get the munchies in the evening so I always save my yogurt and fruits to have about 8pm and that seems to help[msnsmile2] Sounds like you had a good day today[msnwink]

    Pineapple
    Skinny latte
    Cottage Cheese salad
    Plums
    Skinny latte
    Mushroom and red onion fritata
    2 litres of water[angel]

    Got pears and yogurt for later[clap][clap]

    just back from class and i've lost a 1lb[clap]
    i know it's being greedy but i wanted more[msnsad] felt like i'd lost more than that so will have to strive for bigger loss next week[msnwink]

    Liz you have an allowance of 105 syns per week

    Well done Mizzy, now don't be greedy you have been doing so well, just keep on track. Perhaps a change of diets, more red than gree, or vica versa might work?? Speedfoods, upping the water?

    Don't worry Liz, one bad day, pick yourself up and say I am focused and I do want to do this and carry on. It's the giving up that spirals us out of control.

    DH cooked supper tonight - sausages, mashed potatoes, broccoli and gravy. I'd like to say I only ate the broccoli but I would be lying! It's a be very abstemious day tomorrow. Not sure the policy of him cooking while I give the dogs a second walk works!!

    ahh thanks everyone

    Fiona your right i am going to swap some foods around and i am needing to do more exercise[sporty][sporty][sporty]

    i'm off out tommorow for the day taking the mil and the kiddies to Richmond for a walk down by the river and then popping into betty's for afternoon tea at northallerton on the way home[msneek] will need iron willpower[msnscared]to deal with betty's and some valium to cope with the mil[msnmad]

    not wanting to sound big headed or anything, but as soon as i get my two stone award i am going to post a copy of my sw book with all those lovely award stickers on so you can all get to see my awards [clap]
    all of you have really helped me every step of the way and i couldn't have done it without you rooting for me and picking me up when i was down[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]
