Fiona that sounds a bit of a worry, hope you are ok today!

Liz sounds like you had a good clear out, its amazing what lurks in the cupboard *cue spooky music*

Julie who the assessing went well, I wonder what you make of us [msntongue]

Mizzy so glad that your daughter is enjoying her PA and they are getting on well, I'm glad you were happy exhausted! [grouphug]

I've had three migraines this week, so been in and out of here only briefly. Have to take Mercyndol Forte which wipes me out, and makes me zoombie like. I've vegged on the sofa all day, trying to find relief. So last couple of days have been green days, as all I've really wanted is tea and toast, and a wee bit of jam on them as I always crave sugar after a Migraine attack. Hopefully I haven't ruined all my good work this week, but so be it if I have, got to go with it. I went for a walk tonight, as I felt I needed fresh air.

Winter is starting to creep in, as summer comes up around to you. Had to put the heater on as it got to 12oC. I know that's not cold, but after bein 32oF the week before, it felt really chilly! I swore I wouldn't ever wimp out here, like the aussies, but I am starting to feel the cold more. [msnsad]

What are psychometric tests?

A psychometric test is a way of assessing a person’s ability or personality in a measured and structured way. There are 3 main types of tests: ability, personality and interest (although both personality and interest are more like psychometric questionnaires). Some tests are used by employers to help them in their recruitment process while other tests can help people with career decision making.

It is common for graduate employers to use psychometric tests as part of their selection process. Organisations believe tests help them recruit the right people with the right mix of abilities and personal qualities. They are also useful for "sifting out" large number of applicants at an early stage and so saving the employers both time and money. [msnwink]

Hi everyone - remember me??

Haven’t been on here for almost 4 weeks, nice to read that you missed me
We’ve been so incredibly busy at work (still are too), working late nights and weekends – so haven’t been able to use the internet much at all. I just logged in quickly the other day to send Sharon a message wishing her all the best, but I think I missed her by a few hours

So it has been all work and sleep for me – not even managed to get to the gym and even worse not been very organised with my food choices – have eaten some real rubbish I’m afraid!

But today I have decided I WILL take a short break and try to catch up with what I’ve missed. And what a lot I’ve missed – I can’t even try to remember it all especially on the slimming club front – I’m off to read this thread again – hope to have time to do some posting and catching up with you all over the next few days… but if I don’t at least you know where I am and what I’m doing but I WILL be back.

Not long now (less than 4 weeks) until I’m off you know where – and believe me, I just can’t wait.
Julie

Hi Everyone

i'm back and must say i have had a lovely child free 3 1/2hrs[msnsmile2]

we have been out for a meal and i have had a lovely time for lots of reasons, first is i feel great in my clothes everything feels lovely and loose so i will soon have to think about buying a size smaller
secondly i didn't feel self conscious in the restaurant and for once didn't worry about other people looking at me and what i was eating
third i made some good food choices[angel]
and then last and best of all the meal felt like being on a date and we both enjoyed ourselves so much that we definately want to see each other again[msnwink][msnsmile2]

Liz congrats on the weight loss 7 1/2 lbs in two weeks is fantastic[clap][clap][clap]

Julieanne is great to have you back with us, you have been missed[msnsmile]

meal out
french onion soup no roll or butter
grilled chicken breast on a bed of sweet potato mash with a tarragon and basil dressing, baby corn, carrots and brocolli and it was all[msntongue]gorgeous
