Here's to that stone award next week then Julie[msnwink][msnsmile2]
Mizzy
Well done Julie, you are doing sooooo well, note to self stay more focused!
Mizzy I like the sound of that baking wise! I am going to dig my SW recipe book out tonight and look for inspiration, although HTC buns for me are one of my weaknesses, so I try and not buy them - or make them, as I find it v difficult to just eat one.
Mizzy, def my stone award next week[clap][clap][clap]
Hot Cross Buns[msneek] can't have them in the house[msneek][msneek][msneek]
excellent weight loss Julie and Paula[clap][clap][clap][clap]
And Janny, I'm glad I'm not the only one who listens to 70's music[msnwink]
I am having a good day but need to stay focused this evening as that is my worst time for nibbling [msnsad]
well done Julie!!
Liz and Janny, have just been brought the Jackie annual!! love the 70's
Julie not into slimming but will pop in and out to see what all have been doing!!
weigh in with nurse tomorrow!!
Liesa
Fiona i'm making the muffins as an alternative to the hot cross buns, then at least i wont be feeling left out[msnwink]
Liz i would plan some evening nibbles into your days eating then you will always have something to hand for when that "bored hunger monster" strikes[msneek] i keep my own box full of low syn treats and i also keep the fruit bowl topped up to the max[clap]
Liesa you naughty little devil you, now are you in or out?????
you say your not into slimming but your going to get weighed tommorow[msneek][msnsad]
i know that you've been feeling like its all getting a little too much for you, so how about once a week after you've been weighed you just say "good week" or "not's so good week" and then you wont be under too much pressure, would this work better for you?[msnsmile]
Food diary for me today, green day because still have carbs craving!!!
toast and ginger jam
actimel
banana
cheese and leek pasta
jacket wedges with morrocan spices and mean sweet chilli beanz
melon topped with yoghurt
may have mini honeycomb bites later[msntongue]
so far a really good day for me[angel]
Mizzy
mizzy, im sticking with the nurse, have been with the nurse now for about 10 years i think!!. I read up daily how your all getting along! not going to keep beating myself up with dieting and making it the be all and end all of every day!
have bought lots of fresh fruit and veggies and having a good go at doing it my way!! but meaning it properly! no chocs or anything!!!!
good luck all[grouphug]
Liesa
Yes Mizzy, I need to have some treats left for the evening, I used to have a fun size milky way or a kit kat but they are a trigger and once I start I can't stop with chocolate!!
Cadbury's options work quite well when I need a chocolate fix and I am going to get some but I gave up chocs for lent and have been really strict about it[msnsmile2]
Mostly if I want a treat I have a caramel snack a jack spread with mashed banana or a yoghurt and fresh fruit.
I have had a green day today
crunchy bran and banana for breakfast
No time to nibble this morning
Jacket potato with dairylea filling and cherry tomatoes at lunch
Melon and Strawbs
Dinner was pasta in a tomato based sauce with 57g of yesterdays salmon as a healthy B and 1.5 syns for a tablespoon of parmesan.
I'm going to have a youghurt soon and some more water, I've had about 1 1/2 litres so far today[msnsmile2]
