Twiglet fruit is unlimited and yes you can eat porridge every day.

Morning all, still got a throat full of razor blades and virtually no voice, can only eat things that are very soft and liquidy, so on a diet or porridge and soup! No doubt counteracted by all the sore throat tablets.

DH is out golfing, ED is at boyfriends and YD is at friends, so it's just me and the dogs, so I am going back to bed!

I,ve not posted much over the last week but I am still doing ww and enjoying it.

I have also bought a new pair of running shoes to get on with the jogging again, the trainers I was using weren't proper runners[msnembarrased]

I feel pretty awful this weekend I am full of cold and can't stop shivering and an awful night last night.

Glad to see everyone is doing well with slimming world.[clap]

I am really glad the WW is going well and nice to have you posting!

What trainers did you get, I need to get new ones as mine are really old now (got them in Florida sports shop a few years ago) Nike Air and they have been brilliant!

    Hope the cold gets better[grouphug]

    Morning all!!!

really going for losing weight now, had a head start with the court thing this week, whilst sitting around chewing my nails only drank water for most of the day, had breakfast to go out with, and then dinner in the evening, so that was wednesday and thursday, no appetite on friday, getting a bit better with appetite but feel really positive with no over eating and trying to eat the right foods, going to be a bit of a test this week because Lauren is off for half term, so she will go on about food now!![msnscared]can i have, can i have!!![msnmad]

good to see Twiglet getting really into the SW diet/healthy eating

hope you'll be better soon Fiona, i hated having razor blades sore throat

I intended to get Nike Air Julie as I've had them in the past and they were great, however I think my feet have grown a bit because one size was too tight and the next size up a bit wide around the ankle. Anyway I tried on loads and the most comfortable were Puma Complete, so I got them.[msnsmile2][sporty][sporty][sporty]
