    Rice, fried 300g 21.5 O 4 G
    Rice boiled 300g 20 O FREE G

so on a green day you need to have noodles & rice (both boiled) with vegetables and one of the meat dishes as syns and on a red the meat dishes are syned along with rice & noodles etc.

Either way looks like you eat it and then spend the next few days with no syns!

BTW these are all eating out in a chinese restaurant, so if you cook them yourself and used low-fat methods you would reduce the number of syns.

    Dont Panic Julie[msneek]

we ALL have days like this your only human, as they say "pobodys nerfect"[msnwink]

the trick is to accept the choices you made (i hope you enjoyed every one of them!!!) and to not let one bad day spoil things and become a full bad week
you just need to move on, which i know being you Julie you will have no problem doing so

when you go to class ask them about flexible syns? essential for the rough times

i think your doing great Julie[clap][clap][clap]

Well today is Day 1, and I changed the menu already! I was meant to have Toast & fruit for breakfast, but had porridge instead. Is it OK to have porridge every day, as following a diet plan, there is a different breakfast every day, and not worth buying all the different cereals for one week!

Also is fruit unlimited? I think the hardest thing is trying to find alternate products here.

I,ve not posted much over the last week but I am still doing ww and enjoying it.

I have also bought a new pair of running shoes to get on with the jogging again, the trainers I was using weren't proper runners[msnembarrased]

I feel pretty awful this weekend I am full of cold and can't stop shivering and an awful night last night.

Glad to see everyone is doing well with slimming world.[clap]

OK my first day is nearly over. I had Porridge, Tomato Omelette & Salad, a fun size chocolate and Pasta with Green, Yellow & Red Peppers. It was a green day. Feel OK. Although I have a wee hangover from my English Theme Pub last night, which was great fun. Way too many champagnes though!
