    Crumbs well done Tricia, keep it up.

    2 sausages in French stick for lunch, got outvoted on the meal as it was sunny and YD insisted in DH christening the BBQ for this year! Pasta for supper, but drinking lots of water. About to take the hounds out again, and then off to the gym[angel]!

    Evening all!!!

    Food diary red day today.........

    Skinny latte

    1 extra low fat sausage, 2 medalions of bacon (no fat), 2 toms and 2 eggs all made into a dry fried omelette

    No lunch as I was still full from a late breakfast so just a skinny latte

    Roast chicken with green beans, 3 tiny dry roasted pots and small amount of very weak gravy and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce

    2 litres of water and 1 diet coke with lots of ice and lemon[msnwink]

    Got a variety of fruit to choose from for later[msnwink]

    I feel like I have eaten too much today but everything is within the rules of SW, just hope I lose on Tuesday[msnscared]

    Have started to notice some real health improvements too, my skin, hair and nails are better, I have much more energy and sparkle if you know what I mean. I have had a problem with a thumb nail for years, sort of a fungus growth under the nail (nobody noticed as my nails are always polished) which caused the nail to separate from the nailbed, I have tried all sorts to get rid of it, even went to the GP and tried some medication but nothing worked, and it has started to reduce all by itself and I really feel its because I am eating so much fresh fruit and veg[msnsmile]

    Had an exhausting day. I have been a chaperone at a show my daughters were in. They were both fantastic. I've hardly ate a thing all day and all I want to do now is sleep[zzz][zzz][zzz]

    My car has a severe case of wheel wobble so got to trek over to Warrington this morning to the Chrysler garage for a diagnosic test - could be there some time[msnscared]

    I've soooo many things to do this week that I won't have time to eat!!!! (oh yes you will says my mum)
    Well I ate enough yesterday to last me the whole week![msnembarrased]

    Back on track this morning.

    2 weetabix with skimmed milk
    Black coffee
    Veg soup for lunch with one wholemeal slice

    Julie...Hope you get your vehicle sorted[msnwink]

    Paula..Hope you're feeling refreshed today and had a good sleep? What show were your daughters in?
