    Well done Fiona and Sally[clap][clap]

Sharon your wedding breakfast has got me drooling.

Had a very busy day today, my Mum and Dad are home from Florida tomorrow so I had to tidy the office, Dad calls is a mess I say it's just organised chaos.

    Porridge for breakfast
    Salad for dinner
    Cottage Pie for tea.
    No treats whatsoever

The Wedding co-ordinator has now sent me a list of all the wedding cake flavours!!! There must be at least 18 to chose from!!![msnscared]

..Anyway, found a good item for top of the cake.

    ...What do you all think?????[msnwink][msnwink]

I would love to join here, but I can not understand your language.[msnscared]

    Is porridge cereal?
    Cottage Pie?

I just recently joined a site myfooddiary.com and have lost a couple of pounds this week. It makes you accountable for what you eat and keeps track of your caleries, fat, fiber, etc. It has several food stored in the database, but I doubt it would some of the food I see here though.

Hiya Kay - you know we are separated by a common language!

Porridge = porridge oats (I bought Quaker oats from Publix last time I was at the villa)
cottage pie - minced steak, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes & mushrooms (or anyuthing else you want to chuck in it to bulk it out) with mashed potato topping.
shepherds pie - minced lamb as per above (we like to confuse you[msnwink])

Hi Kay - welcome to our "club" [msnsmile2]

Oh yes - Sharon, you must put that on your cake

Finished my day yesterday with a jacket potato and tuna.

Don't know if todays menu is a true SW day but it's a fairly healthy one

Frittata this morning and a small slice of granary bread
Wholemeal pitta with chicken and chopped peppers for lunch
    Chicken stir fry for tonight
Nibbles - melon, apples, bananas, nairns wheat free stem ginger biscuits and yoghurt
Water, green tea and redbush tea for drinks......

Have been getting weighed every fortnight recently but think I will go back to every week to keep a better check on things before my hols [msnsmile]
That means getting weighed tommorrow [msneek] [msnscared]

    Good Morning Everyone

it's lovely to have you join us Kay and congratulations on the 2lb loss [clap] i'm sure you know this but just in case your not sure, we sometimes talk in "stones" and 1 stone = 14lbs

Sharon, i absolutely love the cake topper all you need now is a matching pose for the photographer on the day, i'm sure your other half wouldn't mind[msnwink]

Good Luck for the weigh in tommorow Julieanne[msnsmile]

Well it's going to be a busy day for me today, i've errands to run, a hospital visit to make and a mountain of paperwork to get in place before my daughhters PA can start work[msnscared] at least all this activity should keep me out of that fridge[msnwink]
will check in later, be good everyone
