Collection of tickets

A guest has asked us that if he opts to pick his tickets up from the office near to Disney what does he need to bring with him?
Would it be a confirmation of his order and some id such as a passport?

I also had to show the credit card I paid with.

Even though it's very easy to find the office and straighforward picking up the tickets - I think that the postage fee is well worth paying [msnsmile]

It really depends on where the guest is staying, we always pick-up our tickets at the office as we pass it on the way to Terra Verde.
