I get mine from Sears....about $299-$399 for a King....they do beautiful beds at all prices......mattress extra....

I must be getting confused here are you trying to by a bed ie frame or replace a mattress? $300 - $400 WHAT DO YOU GET FOR THOSE PRICES?

If you buy cheap then you will probably be in the same situation a couple of years down the line. False economy.

    Especially King size.

    You could try this www.furniturefind.com

    Good hunting.
If you are regularly renting your home I would suggest spending as much as you can afford after all you only get what you pay for. Those guests have already complained and it only takes one bad report and there goes your hard earned reputation.
    Best wishes

Actually we buy all our mattresses at BJ's and I have to disagree with you! We have one that is 5 years old and still going strong! They are name brand pillow-top mattresses. Our other one is over 10 years old!!!

Well the beds from Sears are made in Europe....I've had tons of stuff from there....everythings made real well.....

Next doors had their sears metal framed bed for years now....no worries......not a lot can go wrong with a metal bed frame head and foot board.....unless your guests are planning mass orgies..even then I'm sure they stand up to the task.....lol!

As a villa renter I would be most upset if I had to sleep in an uncomfortable bed.

What would be a wonderful idea is for the owner to advertise the bed is adjustable like the ones with an air pump to suit all types of folks.
