What do you look forward to?

It'll be 2 years in October since I last went to Florida. Have had withdrawal symptoms ever since. What ever is it that draws us back? I am remembering the cinnamon smell in Walmart, that smell of the pool in the villa. I look forward to the slow pace of life and how easy everything is. The warm sunshine then the coolness of the air conditioning. The luxury of your own villa with absolutely everything provided for a wonderful holiday. It is simply beyond compare to cottage holidays in the UK. Nobody believes me though! The contrast between the Orlando area and the Gulf coast which is within easy reach - how lucky can you be - beautiful surroundings, so diverse yet so lovely and warm and generous people. God blessed me when he first sent me to Florida and I know he will continue to shine on me. I will find it hard to wait until October and only hope our UK summer will be kind this year. Until then I will have this forum to sustain me and your input and ideas will keep me going

Lisi, i look forward to walmart, sad i know but everytime i went in there i found something different for my hobby, love the people, the "borrowed" villa its something special!! the pool with the lovely hot inviting waters!!! oh can picture it now! the lovely American people we met,
shame we have to wait till next year! but i know it will be well the worth the wait[msnwink]
i forgot to add the glorious sunshine, we so need some right now[msnwink]

Lisi all the things you have listed are the reasons why we love Florida. We are coounting the days off until we go on 8th of April. It will some pass till October.

Now i feel really depressed reading what you have written.
I am cold sat here at home with the heating on and my 2 fleeces reading the site to keep my chin up fed up because our friends (Nicklangdon) arrived in Florida last night. They phoned us from Sanford just to let us know they arrived safe.

Now iam reading this and i want to be there. Could have gone with them but i decided i didnt want to take William out of school again (he had 3 weeks off in May when we all went).
O well Coronation street on in a little while.
Like you Liesa have to wait till next year.[msnsmile]

Want to go but have to save to go next year. My Disney fix will be Paris in September and hopefully May.

My Florida fix is this forum and the holiday channels ( how sad is that).

same here love watching the videos and hearing how chirpy everyone is, and we film the roads etc, how sad is that?
