    Have a great time Olive.

I went to Paris about 10 years ago now at Christmas time. It was wonderful.

I know what you mean about organising the house before you go! ....you should just leave them to it and then they will know how much you really do do for them whilst you're away, (if you know what I mean)[msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

very cold this time of year, so take the thermal undies.

If you are refering to the men being left home, I am sure they will cope in your absence (beers and DVD's etc).

    have a good one.

Back from Paris , a great time was had by all . Very cold but lovely and sunny ideal weather for sightseeing and just strolling down those gorgeous Parisan boulevards.Yes everyone at home survived the house still has a roof ,and I did managed to wade my way to the kitchen through a sea of takeaway cartons and empty pizza boxes . On a more serious note I realize one of the reasons we love Florida so much is the great value in eating out compared to places like Paris where you know you are being ripped off . I seem to have spent a fortune and I bought very little . Oh well I really enjoyed myself .[msnsmile][msnsmile]
