    Luggage reclaim MCO

If you are arriving at MCO i know in the past you had to collect your luggage twice.

    Is this still the case?

If so, what about Car Seats and Prams? We waited ages for our car seat and pram at Sanford last year and would hate to have that long wait twice.

Depends if you are flying into MCO on a international flight or a domestic flight. As far as i am aware you have to pick up your luggage twice on international flights but only one on domestic flights (inside main terminal building).
Cannot comment on the prams/buggies/stollers for international flights but on domestic flights you collect at the gate which is far better for those people with young kids.

I thought it was twice either way, can't remember on the couple of times we have had connecting flights.

I know at MCO you still have to put your hold baggage back in through security when on an international flight, I would imagine Sandford is the same?

We take our car seat on the plane with as the little one uses it.
We have flown half a dozen times or more into MCO on domestic flights and you only have to collect your luggage once in the main terminal building on the floor above where the car hire is.

Just came back and flew into MCO we took both the buggy and the carseat to the plane door and when we arrived at MCO they were there at the door for us when we got off the plane.( great as the buggy is there to put the little one straight into ) We flew from Manchester with US Airways and they were great.

Is that a direct flight or did you have to change somewhere in the states?
