Hello
I was just wondering if Hapimag has its own Clubhouse/pool or is there just one facility for Hapimag and Villa guests? If Hapimag has its own facilities,do guests renting a Villa home also have axcess to the Hapimag facilities? Thanks alot

I think they have their own pool and club house.The villa's use the pool and club house they have, as far as I know they each stick to their own.. However I am sure one of our LB owners would know for sure.

HI Pat,

I stayed on Lake Berkely a few years ago and it's a lovely gated community. The resort does have it's own pool and club house. There is also a gym you can use if you have the energy.[msnwink]

Hi Pat,

There are two resort pools and clubhouses at Lake Berkley. The privately owned townhouses at Park Terrace Circle have their own and the Happimag owned townhouses have one also.

As far as I am aware either can use the others facilities. We have a townhome at Park Terrace and we can use the clubhouse at Happimag which has a bar (ours is not licensed but has a fitness studio, pool tables internet computers etc.

I think the Happimag guests can use ours (both clubhouses are usually very quiet and nobody has ever asked me where I'm from!! [msnsmile2])

The pool villa guests can also use either pool and clubhouse. There is often live entertainment at the Happimag clubhouse. Sunday lunchtime seems to be a popular time for get - togethers
