There's an Oakley store in Florida Mall and also one at Orlando International Airport.

Looks like they're cheaper in the USA but don't forget there will be sales tax on those prices. You're also only allowed £145 duty free allowance so you need to declare it to Customs when you return to the UK and pay VAT and duty on it. http://oakley.com/o/l272057t

One of my guests bought a discounted TAG watch at the premium outlet mall (exit 68 on I4). It may be worth looking there to see if they do Oakleys

I would have a look at all the Shopping Malls and Outlets and have a look on line I think some of the Malls have website so try Florida Mall, Mall of the Millenium, and Premium Outlets.

My friend bought a designer watch from Orlando International airport last September. Even with the sales tax etc, it was still aolot cheaper than here in the UK![msnwink]

You could try and call the Oakley shop in the Florida mall. The number is (407) 888-6004

Like most things in Florida the watch will be cheaper. I bought some new Oakley sunglasses this christmas at about half the UK price.

I was told that this allowance had recently increased. It isnt a lot these days is it? Do children have this allowance too?

Kazzie this a proposal by Gordon Brown in one of his budgets but as far as I know it has not been acted upon so it is still the £145 and yes Mel will get the same allowance.

But unfortunately you can't combine allowances so, if something you buy is over £145, you can't combine the value of it with someone else's allowance in your party. Check here. http://customs.hmrc.gov.uk/channelsP...yType=document
