    I don't know if there are restrictions on that fare Andrew, but AA's website is quoting just £296 return (inc tax etc) for midweek travel to both those destinations. Weekend fares are a few pounds more.

    Yes it did include tax bbut as Phil points out, not as good as it seems.
    There are fares to several US destinations that might be more of a bargain.

    Some years ago when I used to fly to California fares cost a fortune.

    Now fares to SF or LA are usually cheaper, with all of the major airlines, than to all of the Florida destinations and the trip is a couple of thousand miles longer.

    I agree with you Robert. Just paid £276 return Gatwick to Las Vegas it just don't make sense

    There seem to be a lot of great 'January sales' fares with all the major carriers at the moment. I first went to California 15 years ago and the fare now is actually cheaper than it was then. I have 2 trip to Florida booked between now and the end of April and paid less than £300 all in for each ticket. That is less than I have paid for the last 2/3 years.
