How do I contact the Admins?

I hope this isn't a silly question, but I want to ask the Admin a question, but when I click on them, there is no DM facility? I looked through Forum Rules and FAQ, but can't see anywhere with the email address?

It might be handy having a 'CONTACT' area somewhere!
