Last year it was Chanel Elixir, almost half the price of UK. Handy for prezzies for family and friends.[clap]

Like CDV and Caroline, I get Chanel for myself, hubby goes for Cognac and Armani and kids go for PS2 games and CDs (on the outbound trip) as they are cheaper than inland.

We never bother with Duty free as we feel that it cheap enough to buy in Florida, but the main reason is that we take so much with us (including onto the plane), that we dont have enough hands to carry it.

I usually top up the Coco Mademoiselle, moisturiser and lipstick, but always like a good look round - don't really drink so never bother with alcohol, just buy wine there - apart from last time, when I was having a few friends round, and wanted some bombay Sapphire - bought, dropped it in Orlando Airport -not bothering again- Hubby and son just collapse in first class lounge, dazed, so its a nice " shop alone" time

I usually get bottle of perfume, cigarettes for hubby, some Vodka or Kahluah.

The funniest things are the things I pack that aren't Duty Free that I buy in UK, to bring home with me. Last time I had huge packet of Penguins, Toffee Crisps, Birds Custard, Instant Whip, Bisto, Weetabix, Alpen, Bassetts Jelly Babies, Hula Hoops, Flying Saucers, Yorkie Bars, Boots No.17 make up, Cadburys Dairy Milk (Cadbury in Australia is horrible...they put something in it to stop it melting, and it takes away the creaminess). Plus lots and lots of Kit Kats! I then do the 'kit kat' test on my aussie friends. I have one plate with Aussie ones, and one with English ones, and tell them to tell me which they prefer. UK ones win out nearly every time!

I've never been a big lover of Chanel until I discovered "chance" by Chanel and I usually buy something to add to my collection. I love most Ralph Lauren fragrances and body products, Mac cosmetics and watches.......I'm a bit of a tart when it comes to watches[msnwink]
