Venetian Blinds

I'm off to Florida in 12 days [clap] and I would like to buy a venetian blind for a very narrow window (14"W x 72"L) at home. I've been quoted over £80 for one here, but I wondered if a villa owner could let me know where I could have one made around the Kissimmee area.

If you go to Home Depot they have a wide selection of blinds and they will cut them down to size for you.

You could try Cecilia Volden at Plantation Furnishings, she made our curtains for our Family room.

Caroline's tip is a good one.

Home depot will cut to size and often have slashed prices on end of line or unusually sized blinds.

We picked up two (got one as a spare) for a 7 foot by 6 foot window for just $19.95, as they were discontinuing the range !!!

Wal-Mart then. Small width ones are about $3 - $10 each.
