    1st Christmas in Florida

Hello. This will be our first Christmas away from home. We are from NJ. We will arrive in Clermont on Sunday 12/18 and leave Christmas day. Any suggestions or ideas on sites to see during the Christmas week? We have 5 day passes to Universal Studios/IOA. My sons are 13 and 15.

Celebration in Kissimmee, which can be reached from the 192, is very pretty, and it 'snows' every evening between 6-8 pm (that is if you haven't already seen enough). There are some lovely restaurants there as well. Well worth a visit if you want a break from the parks.

Go to Kissimmee old town one night. The best time to visit is on a Saturday night, the atmosphere is really good and I am sure your sons will enjoy it.

We've just returned from Florida, Macy's Holiday Parade is well worth seeing at Universal.I was actually in the parade as a volunteer Balloon Handler.

    Loved it.

Old Town is Fabulous and a great place to visit. Watch for the discount coupons for this place, worth taking a look.
Nice place to have a cold beer too.
