Is it all an even bigger con? Mr CDV an I were just discussing that one of the students who is not a mole is almost certianly the guy with Gordon Ramsay in the give blood advert, therefore an actor also...a coincidence maybe? (He is the really distinctive one: Shaggy).

yes, I wonder that too, who is being conned!! They were talking about it on the radio yesterday and were saying maybe one of them them will really go into space.

There are some actors in the programme to help if anyone starts to doubt whats going on.

Yeah Julie the public know who the moles/actors are but the guy Shaggy is not one of the moles/actors. Another one of the supposed real students Keri is also an actress, she was in Cruel Summer 2, so they are above and beyond the original three official actors/moles, (one who had to leave, so there are two official moles/actors in it,)

We can't figure out what they (Channel 4) would have to gain from it though[msneek]. Time will tell what, if anything is going on.

The have been referring to it as the biggest hoax of all time CDV. It's also unlikely that they could ever do the same thing again, so maybe they have gone for the bigger hit and are trying to fool the public at large. We've nattered about that very same idea off and on in the office.
The one thing that makes us not too sure was the expression on Johnny Vaughan's face when they got on the plane to fly to Russia.
So far we only have his word for it that they're in Suffolk, that they've spent millions on the set, etc. We haven't yet had any phone-ins (although we suspect they are coming) so it isn't clear yet how Endemol/Ch4 are going to make money from it.
Compulsive viewing none the less. Hugely funny!
