World cup 2006

Does anyone know if american tele will be showing the world cup matches,i know theres a lot of time difference so it would mean the matches being played in the morning

I am sure they will be showing some matches from the World Cup Kitty as USA are competing in the tournament.

I would have to say yes. USA have qualified for the finals and when we were over last May England took on USA in a friendly match. The match was shown live on TV on i think ESPN channel.

ABC will show the USA match but I believe the other ones will be on cable which include espn. I hope so as I wouldnt miss it for the world!

As said earlier I would think almost certain that US TV will be showing the World Cup as the USA are competing in it.

As a side item, a bit mentioned on tv this morning, prices for flights to germany heathrow to cologne in June, now £650 with BA. Most certainly cheaper to go to Florida[msnsmile2]
