I would hope so but I believe it is 1976 since we had snow on Xmas day in London/South East.[msncry][msncry][msncry]

Well we had one hell of a storm yesterday.........it knocked out the power within minutes of starting.......winds going from nothing to 50 plus miles an hour with 90 mile an hour gusts......we had no heat or light for 12 hours........the house was at 48 degrees this morning.........the snow was so cold it turned to ice.......hubby said trees were down all over the place and bits of buildings were flying about on his drive home at 4 pm........rain and wind whipping round the house....I'm used to high wind gusts......but this just went on for over an hour...like being inside a large twister...our large trees were bent to the floor.......how they stayed standing I'll never know.....we only lost a fence panel......which stuck to the ground in the ice......so can be nailed back up.......this is the second storm in a week........
