Road signs, or the lack of them.

The lorries (tractor-trailers) - if you're old enough to remember the film 'Duel' you'll know why!
I can't look at them without they give me the creeps!

Dual was VERY scary you are right. The only thing I'm not keen on is some of the bread, but you can buy in Walmart a loaf called English toasting bread, and it is excellent. It is by far the closest tasting to our own. You will find it, not in the bread section, but at the very back right hand side of WalMart, on shelves that run along the base of the deli counter. They do run out sometimes so stock the freezer up to avoid having to buy the sweet tasting airy fairy stuff. Chloe

I have to agree with coming home.

Can't agree with the comments about Sea World, the best place on earth. Also can't agree with the driving, I think it is great and hate having to drive in the UK again.

The food, generally. Designed to make you very fat and over processed usually.

Servers who remind you that service isn't included.

Red wine - ridiculous price of and lack of choice.

    Driving standards.

Trying to get someone sensible to speak to at Florida Banks/ Mortgage companies & Insurance companies when you're 4000 miles away.

The Florida lifestyle seems to dictate that if you require money, goods or services from them - tomorrow/ next week/ next month will be acceptable, but if they want something from you then "yesterday was the required date and they will be passing it to their attorney"

my single compliant, (apart from coming home which just makes me cry on the last day!) is that I always forget to drink water, at home if i'm eating out I awlays have a jug of water on the tabel, but when we're away i always seem to forget and this is not good for the system at all!
