Hi Tasha,
Be very, very careful. The grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence.
I do not know your financial position and that is none of my business but do not think that you are going to make your fortune out there. The upkeep of your home can average as much as $1000 per month. Then there is the cost of advertising. Will you have a mortgage? We have had our home for almost 3 years and no great mortgage but even after a lot of hard work and worry we don,t make much profit. You may be told by whoever sells you a home that you will get 40 plus weeks bookings. That,s a load of bull!
If your heart is set on it, good luck, but please don,t let your heart rule your head.
