Hello there:

I am a Canadian looking for a villa (2-3 bedrooms) for two seniors, their daughter (myself!) and my two dogs for this Nov 2003 through Feb 2004.

I am interested in an upscale gated community (or, for that matter, any community that accepts pets). I need a fence/walled yard and would also like a pool.

However, I realize that it is not easy to find a villa that accepts pets, and I certainly do not blame the owners for wanting a pet and/or smoke-free home. I am considering purchasing a villa since I travel often to the Orlando area on business/pleasure, but would prefer to initially try a long-term stay.

Any advice/guidance would be appreciated.
