Ingredients:
2 shots chilled advocaat
3 shots chilled lemonade
½ lime, squeezed
Makes 1 snowball.
Directions:

Ingredients:
6 eggs, separated
¾ cup of sugar
1 pint heavy cream
4 pints milk
½ pint Bourbon
1 tablespoon vanilla
Nutmeg
Makes 8-10 servings.
Directions:
Beat egg yolks in a bowl with ½ cup of sugar. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and ¼ cup of sugar. Beat both until thick.
Fold the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture and add milk, Bourbon, vanilla and nutmeg to taste. Chill in the freezer until ready to serve.

Ingredients:
¾ ounces peppermint schnapps
¾ ounces creme de cacao
¼ ounces grenadine syrup
Half-and-Half
Lemon-lime soda
Makes one candy cane cocktail.
Directions:
Combine peppermint schnapps, white crème de cacao and grenadine. Fill with half-and-half. Top with a splash of lemon-lime

Ingredients:
½ glass of chilled brut champagne
¼ glass cointreau
¼ glass cranberry juice
1 sugar cube
Makes 1 poinsettia cocktail.
Directions:
Place sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Combine champagne, cointreau and cranberry juice in the glass. For a festive feel, rim the glass with red or green colored sugar.

Ingredients:
1 shot white rum
1 shot green crème de menthe
1 shot half-and-half
Makes 1 mint cream.
Directions:
Shake the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve. Garnish with red stemmed maraschino cherry if desired.

<span style="color:red">Glogg</span id="red">
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh orange juice
¼ cup slivered almonds
¾ cup golden raisins
½ cup pitted whole prunes, snipped in half
8 whole cloves
2 inch cinnamon sticks, broken in half
½ inch fresh ginger
4 whole cardamom pods, bruised
1 (750 ml) bottle ruby port wine
¾ cup brandy
¾ cup aquavit
Makes 4-5 servings
Directions:
In a large pan combine orange juice, almonds, raisins and prunes. Add cloves, cinnamon sticks, ginger and cardamom wrapped in cheesecloth. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 45 minutes.
Remove spice bag and add wine. Heat, but do not boil. Add brandy and vodka.
Carefully throw a lit match into the pan. Wait for flames to subside, then cover with a lid to extinguish flame. Remove match and serve warm.
